ARE THE RAFFLES LEGAL?

Yes! We’re the first platform of its kind to be approved by Facebook, Apple and Google, and although we often use the word ‘raffle’, we’re actually a ‘prize competition’ platform.

Is DogooAI fair?

Yes, DogooAI is 100% provably fair, transparent, and untamperable.

Here is how we guarantee complete fairness:

Provably Fair Draw (via cloudflare-drand-verifier)

We use drand (pronounced “dee-rand”), a decentralized, verifiable, and unpredictable randomness generator. Its random numbers are not generated by any single entity, but are collectively computed in real time by the “League of Entropy“—a global consortium of leading tech organizations and academic institutions, including Cloudflare (the global network security giant), Ethereum Foundation, Protocol Labs, and EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne). Consequently, it mathematically guarantees unpredictability, immutability, and publicly verifiable fairness and transparency.

  • Pre-commitment Security: Draw parameters and future time rounds are locked before the draw happens, making it mathematically impossible to foresee, alter, or tamper with the results in advance. Most importantly, the verifier source code is open-source on GitHub for anyone to inspect at any time.
  • Client-Side & Unbiased: Calculations execute directly in your browser using an Unbiased Rejection Sampling algorithm, eliminating modulo bias so every ticket has an equal chance.
  • Public Verification: Every completed draw generates a permanent link with a full computation report. Anyone can independently recalculate and verify the results using public drand data or any AI tool.

Auto Draws Fairness and Integrity

  • All winners are selected entirely at random, in accordance with the laws of chance.
  • No manual intervention or influence is possible in the draw process.
  • Our systems and processes are designed to ensure transparency, integrity, and fairness at all times.
HOW IS THE WINNER SELECTED?

DogooAI conducts two types of draws:

Type 1: Provably Fair Draw (via cloudflare-drand-verifier)

  • cloudflare-drand-verifier is a serverless, single-page random number generation system. Every calculation is performed directly within each user’s browser, ensuring that the generated results cannot be manipulated by anyone. It serves as a decentralized and provably fair randomness verification tool.
  • The system combines the Cloudflare Distributed Randomness Beacon with the drand network. By locking in a future timestamp before the draw takes place, it ensures that no one can predict or manipulate the outcome before the randomness is generated.
  • Once the draw concludes, a unique permalink is generated for that specific draw page. Anyone can recalculate and verify the results at any time using the computation report provided on the permalink page along with public drand data—ensuring complete transparency and immutability.

Note: cloudflare-drand-verifier is powered by a third party. After the draw ends, you can check the winning numbers and detailed calculation report at any time via the draw’s permalink. Due to the large number of competitions, there may be a delay in publishing the results. However, any delay in updating the result page will not alter the outcome generated by the verifier. The verifier’s calculation remains final and binding.

💡 Quick Tip: The simplest way to verify is to copy the entire computation report from the page and paste it into any AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or DeepSeek) and ask it to recalculate and check the steps for you!

Type 2: Automated Draw

  • Auto Draws will occur at the scheduled closing time, or earlier if tickets sell out in advance..
  • Winners are selected using our independently verified, cryptographically secure random number generator.
  • The system only selects from sold ticket numbers, meaning every draw results in a winner immediately.
  • This process is fully automated, secure, and designed to ensure fairness and randomness.
DRAW TRANSPARENCY
  • To ensure complete transparency throughout the process, you can check the full entry list for each competition directly on its detail page while a raffle is ongoing.
  • Once the raffle ends, all draw results, including the winners and winning tickets, will be published on the RESULTS page.
WHAT ARE THE ODDS OF WINNING A RAFFLE?

Your odds of winning depend directly on the number of tickets you hold compared to the total tickets sold. Simply put: more tickets = higher winning power.

Unlike traditional lotteries with unlimited ticket sales, all our competitions feature a fixed ticket cap—ensuring transparent and fixed odds:

  • 1 Ticket: If 100 tickets are sold, holding 1 ticket gives you a 1 in 100 (1%) chance of winning.
  • 5 Tickets: Holding 5 tickets instantly jumps your winning odds to 1 in 20 (5%)—multiplying your chance by 5X!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ENTER A RAFFLE?

Ticket prices vary for each raffle. Offering participants a chance to win high-value prizes at minimal cost is always our goal.

CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE TICKET?

There is a ticket limit per entry for each individual raffle. You will be notified once you reach the maximum purchase limit for that specific draw.

This does not affect your ability to participate in multiple different raffles simultaneously.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay directly through the checkout process using any available payment method. However, since raffle tickets are usually very low-priced, we provide an account wallet for every user to make payments easier and help you save on transaction fees from single payments. You can top up this wallet in advance for seamless entry into future draws. To do this, go to My Account > My Wallet > Wallet Topup.

How to Pay with Account Wallet: Go to My Account > My Wallet > Wallet Topup. Enter the amount you wish to top up and complete the payment to fund your account wallet. You can then easily make payments anytime using your wallet balance. (Note: “Pay with Account Wallet” will only appear as a payment option at checkout if you have an active wallet balance.)

WHEN DOES A RAFFLE END?

Raffles end on a specific date and time. These details are clearly displayed on each raffle.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ALL OF THE TICKETS AREN’T SOLD BY THE DRAW DATE?
  • First, every draw is guaranteed to have a winner and will take place regardless of ticket sales.
  • For draws using the cloudflare drand verifier, if an unsold ticket is drawn, the system will automatically run subsequent draws (a 2nd time, 3rd time, etc.) until a sold ticket wins. Alternatively, if an automated draw mode is used, the system directly selects a winner at random from only the sold tickets.
  • IIf ticket sales do not reach the minimum threshold, the winner will receive a cash prize equal to 70% of total ticket sales, after deducting website operating costs.
WHERE CAN I VIEW MY TICKETS?
  • You can check your tickets under My Account > My Tickets.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A WINNING TICKET?

The RESULTS page will automatically display the winner and winning tickets after the draw ends. You can also check under My Account > My Wins. We will also send an email to the winners!

HOW DO I REDEEM A PRIZE?

You must click the ‘REDEEM NOW’ button in the top header menu to go to the ‘Get Prize’ page for full claim instructions.

Can I exchange my prize for balance or crypto?

DogooAI always offers flexibility: You can sell it for account balance, withdraw its value as cryptocurrency, or exchange it for other items of equal or lesser value (with any price difference refunded as balance).

How much does shipping cost, and where does DogooAI ship to?

DogooAI delivers your prizes with no shipping fees. Shipping is always free for digital prizes. However, for physical prizes, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees required by your region. Our team will always confirm with you before international shipping to prevent hidden fees.

We provide worldwide shipping services. However, please note that certain countries may have specific delivery restrictions due to government customs regulations that are beyond our control. If you are unsure whether your country accepts our deliveries, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. Even if restrictions apply, we will do our utmost to provide you with suitable alternatives or find the best possible solution.
