Competition & Draw Mechanics:

DogooAI conducts two types of draws:

Type 1: Provably Fair Draw (via cloudflare-drand-verifier)

What is drand? drand (pronounced “dee-rand”) is a decentralized, verifiable, and unpredictable randomness generator. Its random numbers are not generated by any single entity, but are collectively computed in real time by the “League of Entropy“—a global consortium of leading tech organizations and academic institutions, including Cloudflare (the global network security giant), Ethereum Foundation, Protocol Labs, and EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne). Consequently, it mathematically guarantees unpredictability, immutability, and publicly verifiable fairness and transparency.

  • cloudflare-drand-verifier is a serverless, single-page random number generation system. Every calculation is performed directly within each user’s browser, ensuring that the generated results cannot be manipulated by anyone. It serves as a decentralized and provably fair randomness verification tool.
  • The system combines the Cloudflare Distributed Randomness Beacon with the drand network. By locking in a future timestamp before the draw takes place, it ensures that no one can predict or manipulate the outcome before the randomness is generated.
  • Once the draw concludes, a unique permalink is generated for that specific draw page. Anyone can recalculate and verify the results at any time using the computation report provided on the permalink page along with public drand data—ensuring complete transparency and immutability.

Type 2: Automated Draw

Once the draw time is reached, the system automatically uses a random algorithm to select winners (similar to Google’s Random Number Generator).

Note: cloudflare-drand-verifier is powered by a third party. After the draw ends, you can check the winning numbers and detailed calculation report at any time via the draw’s permalink. Due to the large number of competitions, there may be a delay in publishing the results. However, any delay in updating the result page will not alter the outcome generated by the verifier. The verifier’s calculation remains final and binding.

HOW DO I REDEEM A PRIZE?

You must click the ‘REDEEM NOW’ button in the top header menu to go to the ‘Get Prize’ page for full claim instructions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ALL OF THE TICKETS AREN’T SOLD BY THE DRAW DATE?

  • First, every draw is guaranteed to have a winner and will take place regardless of ticket sales.
  • For draws using the cloudflare drand verifier, if an unsold ticket is drawn, the system will automatically run subsequent draws (a 2nd time, 3rd time, etc.) until a sold ticket wins. Alternatively, if an automated draw mode is used, the system directly selects a winner at random from only the sold tickets.
  • If ticket sales do not reach the minimum threshold, the winner will receive a cash prize equal to 70% of total ticket sales, after deducting website operating costs.

The odds of winning a raffle depend on the total number of tickets you purchased in relation to the total number of tickets that were sold. The more tickets you hold, the higher your chances of winning. For example, if 100 tickets have been issued and you purchased 1 ticket, your odds of winning are 1 in 100 (1/100). However, if you purchase 5 tickets out of those 100, your odds increase to 5 in 100 (1/20).

Refund Policy:

  • All Sales are Final: All ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once completed.
  • No Refunds for Unwon Entries: Refunds will not be provided for non-winning tickets under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations: If a competition is cancelled by us before completion, a full refund or equivalent store credit will be issued to all ticket holders.

Account Limitations & Multiple Accounts:

  • One Account Per Person: Each individual is strictly limited to one (1) user account on this website.
  • Prohibition of Duplicate Accounts: Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, identities, or details is strictly prohibited.
  • Enforcement: If duplicate or fake accounts are detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts, invalidate any ticket purchases, and disqualify the user from winning any prizes without a refund.

Governing Law & Local Compliance:

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and contract law.

Local Compliance: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable local laws, age restrictions, and regulations in their jurisdiction.
